I can’t watch on 2 devices at same time???

Hi there

ive just signed up for now tv sky sports mobile. 

Apparently you can watch on 2 devices at same time? I Can’t !!!

just sat down to watch the football tonight & because my son is watching it on his phone I can’t on mine, why???

only 2 devices registered on my account, but when I try & watch there is a message pops up saying I have reach maximum simultaneous screens, please delete one.

Can anyone explain?

With the nowtv mobile sports pass you are restricted to watching on one mobile phone at a time.

I’m sure it advertised when I signed up I could register 4 devices & watch on any 2 at the same time?
Is this not correct?

4 devices and 2 simultaneous streams only applies to the nowtv standard sports passes togther with entertainment, cinema, kids and Hayu pass and not the mobile sports pass i am afraid to say
