Are you using an Apple TV by any chance and you bought the nowtv passes through iTunes via your iTunes account ?
If not ignore the above and i can only suggest try removing the NowTV App off your phone and re install the App again from your phones App Store, then try signing back into the NowTV App with the same nowtv account details on your nowtv box.
