So got fed up with how rubbish the app was and decided to leave bad feedback, realised I was on the beta app so thought I'd uninstall and go back to production before leaving feedback.
I've uninstalled the beta, but can't install either beta or production nowtv app. I can't access anything.
How can I get off the beta programme and go back to production. It's impossible to contact anyone from nowtv via the website, support is nonexistent.
