What do you mean your NOW stopped working and won't connect to your wi-fi?
As you tagged this in the mobile section the issue is rather confusing. What device are you talking about?
Are you a customer with NOW for broadband?
Have you tried using your mobile data?
Have you tried another device?
FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
