Why cant i view films on my tablet HP slate 7 log in to the now app fine click on the movie it starts to play and looks fine then it scrambles, tablet is not rooted and all apps are up to date. you tube videos, bbc iplayer ect all play fine.
Sorry to hear this, I have had a look on the HP Community pages and a few customers are reporting issues with some app's such as NOW TV.
It could be down to our app's request for your location and as mentioned in the post above as this tablet doesn't have GPS it could the root of the problem.
