Free 3 month mobile month for pass sky sports not working

Hi there, the free three month mobile month pass I got with a sky sports day pass recently isn’t working. It is meant to run until 23 December but when I click on sky sports main event or sky sports premier league a box comes up saying a pass is required. Can anyone help? Many thanks!

See if deleting the NowTV App off your iPhone, then download a fresh new NowTV App from your phones App Store does the trick.

 

BTW - With a Mobile pass you can only watch Premier League, NFL, Arena, Racing (Horses) or News on a smartphone.

Many thanks for this advice. I’ve just tried clicking on a game that’s currently on the premier league channel and it’s worked, so maybe the glitch has resolved itself. If I have a problem later I will try your suggestion. Cheers, Mike.
