Error messages on iPad & iphone

Unable to access Nowtv (iPad & iPhone) says 'somethings not right - give it a moment or check for updates' .... Was working fine 2 weeks ago - now nothing. Have account- have paid for 6 month passes for films & entertainment and can't watch - really frustrated!! Please help

This issue was resolved.

 

Can I just check that you are within the UK , your device isn't modified and your not using any VPN connections ?
