Error code 7 - tried all methods on the error code listings

Look at the title, here is the listing i used :

From that list 

Error code
1-4, 7, 24, 29
Error initialising or activating NOW.Download the latest version of the app.
Quit and restart the app.
Turn off any Firewall blockers.
Make sure your account is fully set up and working on a PC or Mac.

 

Did you try also to delete and reinstall the app?

Use your mobile phone data?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Sorry bud, I have an iPhone 11 and the app works fine for me.

Probably best to report the issue with NOW staff to see what can be done. 

Just make sure to click “chat online”.
