I have 3 devices, 2 tablets and a phone that use the kids pass. For 3 months they have not been able to watch a single series or programme. Everytime they try the error code 21 pops up and says come back later.
I have tried to get this sorted by using the online chat service. I spoke to 10 people 6 of which ended the chat and the rest timed out waiting for a reply of the chat team.
This issue is still not solved.
I've had enough of paying for a service that is inadequate and doesnt work.
Has anyone else had an issue like this and did you manage to get it sorted. If so please help.

Im having the same issue code 21 on my sons ipad , but it works on my pc . very strange, came on here to find a solution.
