I didn’t realise that you could only change devices over a certain amount of times per month and have locked everyone out of my account trying to sign in on my new Xbox. Is there any way this could be sorted out so I don’t have to wait a whole month??

If you have reached your four device limit and one device swap per a calendar month, then you will need to contact live chat.

I find the 4 device limit means it's not really usable for me and most people I know using it. A couple of smart TVs, 2x Xbox, few tablets... doesn't work does it. I shall be dumping NowTV when my 3 months discount is over next month. Netflix, Amazon etc don't have these restrictions. Simultanous limits yes and fair enough but not the device limit. Utterly stupid policy Sky!
