So irritated 😤 renewed my now tv this month and now I can’t watch because apparently you can only make one change a month. Waste of a months money, cancelling subscription.
Also, takes ages for the programmes to be uploaded after they air on some devices.

This is happening to me, I haven’t even added any devices ! I re downloaded the app and it won’t let me watch now ! Fuming

Jump over to live chat and ask them to grant you an extra device swap this month.
Then go to My Account > "Devices" and remove one of your four devices, then play some nowtv content on your pass to automatically add the new device on your account list.

Thank you, I’m going to do that now, but I have removed all of my devices now I only have 1 left?

If that's the case, ask live chat to reset all your devices on your account, then play some nowtv content with your pass on the devices you want to re add (maximum of four).
