I purchased a day pass for the first game of the season with the offer of having 6 months mobile access (same offer as last year which worked perfectly). I watched the game but unfortunately after this game my mobile access has been cut off.
I am trying to contact NOW TV but it seems impossible to actually get though to anyone!

Quite; football is a reasonable assumption, but not anything the OP specified.
And they lost the mobile access ‘after the game’ which if it was 12th August, means they should have got the mobile pass by the 29th August at the latest, which was three weeks ago.
So, remarkably patient in waiting if so.
7th September, though, is still not quite ten working days ago.
I'll try the power down on my Iphone and will check Twitter (X) for more news. If they are experiencing problems I would have thought it would have been fixed by now?
