I’m currently using now tv on my phone and I cannot play anything as this error code3-25 keeps coming up...I’ve tries to restart the app and turned my phone on and off ...any other ideas?

Having same problem updated iPhone app now getting Code0xfd80009e no one answering live chat been on for 1/2 hour. Daughters account is the same

Im trying to watch Greys Anatomy on my phone and keep getting the same code 3-25 😫. Tried restarting the app, switching my phone off and on, still not working. Anyone have any joy yet...?

I too have just updated the app and and now I get another error code. Looks like they stuffed something up with the update.

Yeah working on tv but not on my iPhone ...they don’t even have a phone nr ...and nobody helps on live chat...so crap...thinking to go back on Netflix now ...at least they have better customer service ...
