Child settings not working

I have 2 teenage children so use the broadband settings to filter what they can access. Turns out its not working and they can access blocked sites etc. What can I do?

Not a NOW broadband customer, but I do understand its controlled by the broadband buddy.

Have adjusted the settings via BB but still not working.

Give the broadband team a call, I am not a NOW broadband customer so I can't think of anything else to be honest ☹️
