Cannot play NowTV off app on iPhone or iPad

I am getting the following error message when trying to play tv shows from the NowTV app on my iPad and iPhone: "Smething's not right. Give it a moment, or check nowtv.com/status for updates (0)."

I have seen this error message for the past 2 hours, so please advise on how to fix it. Many thanks!

Quick question are you trying to watch nowtv outside the UK for example are you abroad on holidays ?

Unfortunately you can only watch the nowtv shows whilst in the UK.

If you are currently in the UK is the error message effecting all shows on the nowtv app or only certain shows.

You could try signing out of your nowtv account, then deleting the nowtv app then go to the app store and download and reinstall the app back again onto your Apple device.
