Hi I’ve just purchased a sky sports day pass but when I go
to sky sports main event it says I need a pass ??!!! The pass itself is showing under my account so not sure why I can’t watch

Have you tried deleting the NowTV App, then go to the iPhone Apps Store and try a fresh download of the App.
Also would you have any other device to try the Day Sports pass on ?
Will try deleting and reinstalling
I do have other devices but currently out over night and only have my mobile
No worries.
If the fresh NowTV App is no help, try signing out of the App and power down and reboot your phone before signing back into the App.
I am also assuming it's the day sports pass and not the mobile sports pass at £5.99 you purchased ?
