Hi,
I have a Galaxy A3 (2017) with the Smart View screen mirroring capability. I've tested this out with my Samsung TV and it works very well with the likes of YouTube etc - apart from Now TV. I can navigate around the app fine but it stops dead when I try to play some content.
Is this a limitation of the Now TV app on Android? If so, I'd be curious as to why.
Many thanks.

@Anonymous User Welcome to the forum. Pretty sure NOW TV won't support the Smart View app, they similarly do not support airplay or screen mirroring on Apple iOS devices. Due to having live subscription channels their licensing deals with content providers are pretty strict and such features will not be supported to reduce the opportunity for piracy. If you'd like to watch NOW TV on a television have a look at the following list of supported devices as you might find you already have something that you can use. If not, a NOW TV stick is probably your cheapest option.

@Anonymous User Should have said some models of Samsung Smart TVs do have a NOW TV app available to them, check out here if this applies to yours

Thanks, this info doesn't seem to be publically available which is a shame. Unfortunately my Samsung TV is slightly too old to have a native Now TV app, although it does have everything else, including Netflix.
