Can you let me know who your Internet provider is ?
If your using a shared WIFI connection or a corporate WIFI network there may be restrictions in place on these to ensure all users get a fair connection.
Also if your using a VPN on your device please disable this.

Have you tried switching off the smart setup on your BTHome Hub Router, also whilst in the Router settings click the Home Network devices Refresh button.
See link below for how to disable BT smart setup.

Is your iPad connected to the same WIFI network that your using to post on the help forum ?
Just the IP address isn't showing as BT hence my post earlier regarding cooperate networks.
