Can't login on iPad app 😡

My iPad app's been working fine, until this morning. I accidentally logged out, but it won't let me log back in. The user name is definitely correct, I reset the password too so I knew I was entering the correct thing!
It just keeps saying 'sorry your sign in details aren't recognised, please check and try again (password is case sensitive).
Can anyone help?

Hi! Same problem as above. Signed up and try to watch a film on safari, which prompts me to go to the app.. Which won't let me sign in?

Hi I would like to mention my ipads and roku device still will not login. I
can connect on a windows laptop so the login credentials are fine.
appreciate any help

Currently using the iPad.. It says 'my sign in details aren't recognised'

Unfortunately I don't have another device to try and sign in on?

Hi my iPads and roku devices are now working. I needed to reboot my router
even though the internet was working. I realised since I thought I would
try connecting the iPads to my mobile Internet via tethering hotspot and it
connected straight away. Hope that helps
