Can't log into app

ive changed my password several times and reinstalled app. Seems like lots of people have this problem? What's the solution please? 🙂

Would you be able to confirm that you are within the UK, your device is not modified and you are not using any VPN's ?

Our Now TV is not modified but we are not in the UK. We are on holiday in France. I have been on-line and now realise that I can't get Now TV while we are abroad! We will just have to what until we return to the UK to catch up on our viewing.
