Can't download anything on my phone

I'm trying to download a TV episode on my Google Pixel 3 phone. I had a tablet before and download worked fine, but now the tablet is broken and I have to use my phone. 

So all the episodes I'm trying to download are shown as Queued in the download tab of the app but they all stay at 0%. I tried to clear cache, date, reinstall, log out, but nothing helps. Streaming works fine though.

Check out the following link to explain what devices will work. Is your google phone an android? Sorry for what probably is a daft question (iPhone user here).

The phone is compatible with NowTV. I can watch NowTV, but can't download. It's not that it's not available for download. It starts downloading but stays at 0%.

Jump onto Live chat, might be an issue with the app etc.  Hopefully they can fix it for you.
