Can login on web browser but not on the app on my phone?!

I signed up today and can watch on my computer web browser but can't login on the app on my phone? I put in the email and password - says authenticating then doesn't do anything?! Can someone help please.

Are you using an iPhone or Android ?

 

I know the NowTV App on the Apple TV was showing an Authentication Error last night, but that was the boxes and not the iPhones from what i can see from all the threads posted on the forum yesterday evening.

 

I don't use my Android phone for watching on the NowTV App and never owned an iPhone so i won't be much help sorry.

 

If re installing the NowTV App from your phones App store doesn't make any difference.

 

Then issues that i have read previously on the forum when using iPhones and Android phones, are things like that if you are on a beta or preview OS software, the phone was purchased outside the UK or set to a different region setting or the phone has been rooted or modified causes problems using the NowTV Apps on mobile devices.
