Buffering

For some reason NowTV has started freezing as though it is buffering when I am watching a channel on live tv, this only happens however at the start and end of the advert breaks. It will play the programme I am watching and any adverts for any of sky's other shows at the  start and end of any program but as soon as an ad break starts or ends it freezes. If I disconnect from my Chromecast and reconnect it will play the ad break until the programme is due to start again the it freezes. I can watch any programming on catch-up without any issues. And no it's not my broadband/WiFi connection that's the problem !

Apologies for the late reply.

If this is still happening, can you please try deleting the NOW TV and then re-installing. 

If the problem continues, please let us know the exact Android device and Android OS you're using.
