Bought sports day pass for mobile

Bought 1 day sports day pass for mobile to watch British Open won’t play. Showing in my account that it’s been paid for but won’t play any sports channels. Can anyone please help!!!

Something you could try before jumping over to live chat is to sign out of the NowTV App.

 

Then delete the NowTV App off your phone, then download the NowTV App again from your phone's App Store.

 

Then see if signing back into the NowTV App and hitting play on the Golf Channel triggers your day sports pass.
