Bad UX

The UX is terrible -  why am I paying to still see adverts. Why does it not automatically show me the next episode. Why does it not remember what I just watched. Why do I have to reboot it 4 times so I can play the next episode. 

Make it better. Netflix, iPlayer, 4od have figured it out. Even ITV have figured it out.

Is it promos for NOW content? Or for Tesco and other brands?

If it’s the latter are you watching live TV or catch up?

If it’s the former then adverts are never going away.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

I will concede to the adverts but the app is still horrible to use
