Hi there I changed my plan with BT and I now have Now TV Entertainment pass. I have the Now Tv app on my Firestick and I can see the Entertainment Pass but if I log onto the Now Tv app on my iPad or phone it says I have no passes?

Sometimes deleting the NowTV App from your phone or tablet and downloading a fresh version of the App from your device Apps Store and turning the power off to your device and rebooting again, then logging back into the NowTV App can kick start your pass into life.
No guarantee it will work, but worth a try.
