Hi there!
Just switched to NOW Broadband. Connection works fine when browsing the net on both laptop and mobile, but many apps on my Android phone will now not open connected to NOW Broadband.
Why could this be? Are there any security or parental settings that would affect certain apps? I've searched around the site and can't find any. I don't want to keep turning my connection on and off on my mobile just so I can connect to the apps I need on a daily basis! I'll just cancel NOW instead.
If anyone has any ideas, much appreciated. 🙂 THANKS!

Have a nosy at the broadband buddy settings to see what can/needs to be changed.

Hi @Anonymous User
If the Broadband Buddy age settings doesn't fix it and it's only the Apps on your Android mobile devices that are mainly affected when using the NOW Hub 2 Router.
Then go into your NOW Hub Router webpage settings and disable IPV6.
This has fixed the problem in the past for some mobile owners where the Apps don't open or can't be used.
I have included some instructions on this other thread linked below.
