App on TV not working

Please could you help. We have been unable to get into the Now TV app on our TV for the past week. When we go into the app all we get is a white screen. Any ideas?

Thanks for the reply. Yes it is a Samsung Smart TV. I'll go on the link you sent through and have a look.
