App not available in my country

So I’ve just activated the entertainment pass through Vodafone and I have to download the app to watch anything. Except the apple App Store is telling me it isn’t available for me in the UK. Is there a way to solve this issue as I can’t find any answers that work.

@Anonymous User You may think that you’re in the UK, but what country does your Apple device think you’re in? Check both your device and your account settings in case Apple has your country settings wrong. It happens.

Do you have a VPN switched on by any chance?

Some VPNs on certain UK servers are very temperamental with Now TV

I don't own any Apple TV devices that uses the Apple Apps Store.

The only thing i can think of that hasn't been mentioned previously is if using the iOS device is attempting to access the NowTV App from their Home Wifi network Router is to try their phone internet data or vice versa.

i am also assuming the IOS mobile device is a UK supplied device and not imported from Abroad.
