App doesn’t recognize my mobile Sports pass

Just activated a 1 month mobile sports pass yesterday and watched one game on the app. Today the app says I need a pass, whereas the website acknowledges I already have one active. What gives?? The one app I can watch on doesn’t acknowledge that I’ve paid..

I am guessing you have tried deleting the NowTV App and tried a fresh App download from your phone's App Store to see if that triggers the Mobile Pass back into life ?

Forgot to mention i am assuming you are attempting to watch either Sky Sports Premier League, Sky Action, Sky Arena, Sky Racing (Horses) or Sky Sports News.

Where these are the only Five channels you can view with a Mobile Pass on a smartphone.

No, I didn’t try that, only logged out and back in. Today, however it works again. Jan @schnapps
