Hope someone can help with this.
I have managed to log in on my PC, Roku stick, iPad AND my wife's iPhone running iOS 13.
I have iOS 14.0.1 in my iPhone Xs, but the app simply crashes after trying to load for a couple of secs.
I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling, restarting, etc. Everything apart from resetting my phone, which I'm obviously loathe to do.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!
Sounds a bit strange. My iPhone is on 14.0.1
and it’s the iPhone 11, Now TV app is working as expected.
What I can suggest is either pop onto Live chat or filling out a form. Both can be found on the link below
