Hope someone can help with this.
I have managed to log in on my PC, Roku stick, iPad AND my wife's iPhone running iOS 13.
I have iOS 14.0.1 in my iPhone Xs, but the app simply crashes after trying to load for a couple of secs.
I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling, restarting, etc. Everything apart from resetting my phone, which I'm obviously loathe to do.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!

Sounds a bit strange. My iPhone is on 14.0.1
and it’s the iPhone 11, Now TV app is working as expected.
What I can suggest is either pop onto Live chat or filling out a form. Both can be found on the link below

Tried live chat and was advised to reset my phone. I don't see why I should have to erase the phone in order to get it to work. Seems a bit OTT!

What'ever you do, best not set it back to factory settings.
Head back to Live chat to report the issue and just say you've put your phone back to factory settings.
