Android app log in issue not fixed

Tried logging in via app on Android tablet.  Error message appears immediately.  

"Something's not right.  Give it a moment... '

Been trying for 1 hour.  Uninstalled and reinstalled the app.  Nothing still playing.  Able to stream video from other sites, no problem.  

 

I'm in UK.  Not on VPN.

Sorry to hear this.

 

Just out of curiosity who is your Internet provider ?

 

Would you be able to set up a WIFI network on your mobile phone and see if you can view NOW TV by connecting your tablet to that WIFI connection.
