I have downloaded content to watch when out to prevent using all my data for streams. However it is unwatchable as the NowTv loading animation is stuck in the middle of the screen and does not go away. There is nothing to load as all content is locally stored on my device so it's odd that this is happening. I am using an Asus Rog Phone 3 with Android Version 10. I'd like to add that this feature works flawlessly on the Netflix app, so it's definitely the NowTv app that is the problem.
