8 month mobile subscription (when signed in) not letting me watch live sports.

I have signed up with a £9.98 subscription for 8 months to watch on mobile.

 

Even though I am signed in on the correct devise, when I tap to watch live football ots says I need a subscription. 

 

Very annoying as it has worked before Nd I have tried many times to resolve the issue.

 

Please help now.tv or community.

Were you trying to watch Sky Sports Football?

 

You don’t get that, you only get these 5 Sky Sports channels: Premier League, Action, Arena, Racing & News

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
