'oops...something went wrong'

when i click to watch something on my mac, it pens the Now tv app. I then wait and about 1 minute later it comes up with that message.

well you haven't done it very well, I'm still getting this message about a dozen times an hour. I'm leaving tbh, it's rubbish to have to refresh all the time. Also paying extra for films is a joke compared to netflix et al.
