how do i activate my day pass

I have just bought a one day pass for the first time and followed the instructions to activate the account.

I have installed the latest version of silverlight onto the mac and it seems to be taking ages to download to get sky sports started.  We have superfast broadband and i have even hard wired the mac to the router and it still is spooling round.

 

Any ideas anyone?

@nut1958 in Safari try the following:
Go to www.nowtv.com
Go to Safari > Preferences > Security > Plugin Settings
Make sure Silverlight is ticked on the left of the pane, and make sure www.nowtv.com is listed on the right of the pane, and set it to Always Allow
Click Done, restart Safari and see if that helps.
