Wallet Issues during signup

Good evening, I've just tried signing up for NOW TV and have a 'Wallet Error' message. Please help.

Hi Andy, I managed to complete the signup by moving from my iMac to my iPad. Got there in the end but there is (or at least was) something awry with the signup process. Thanks for taking the time to reply. Jason

did using the ipad work??...did you make a new account or just continue on the same one..i am having the same problem
