Using sports day pass

I am trying to use a sports day pass. I believe I have activated it successfully, but am unable to use it. On both iPad and android device I am getting error message "something's not right. Give it a moment, or check nowtv.com/status for updates". Nothing of any help on that link. What do I do. The match kicks off in 2 mins!!!
