There appears to be a problem with your Silverlight configuration. Please go to nowtv.com/help.

I am getting this message continuously on Safari. I downloaded Firefox and it worked for a while. Now I get the same message on firefox. this is the worst system I have ever encountered. You take my money but I spend hour after hour messing about trying to get your screwed up technology to function. and there is no easy way to just ring or get help. it's a scandal

Hi, If I remember correctly (on mobile now so can't check), you will need to go to the help centre and search for the issue you have encountered. If your problem is not listed, a live chat option will be available at the bottom of the screen.

Try the following;

Go to www.nowtv.com
Go to Safari>Preferences> Security> Plugin Settings
Make sure Silverlight is ticked on the left of the pane, and make sure www.nowtv.com is listed on the right of the pane, and set it to Always Allow
Click Done and restart Safari

Logged on to watch football and was prompted to intsall a Silverlight update. I did this and ever since I have had problems. It was working fine before. Now it stops every half hour or so and I have to shut down my computer (SafarI) and reboot. It is really annoying, especially as you are charging me £33 a month just for sport. Please sort it out.

Hi @Anonymous User

Sorry to hear about this.

Have you tried deleting and then reinstalling Silverlight ?

Could you also let us know what version of Safari your using and what version of OS your running.

Thanks

Andy

Hi Andy

Thank you for your e-mail.

I am running El Capitan 10.11.5

I have uninstalled the 'updated' version of Silverlight by dragging it into
the trash. Everything is now running perfectly again and I have not had any
breakdowns in the last 3 hours!

So I think I will leave it as it is. Silverlight does not impress me very
much and I have problems with it on Virgin Anywhere. In fact it won't let
me stream Sky Sports and I cannot solve the issue. That is why I am getting
SkySports via NowTV.
