Hi,
Today I downloaded the NOWTV player on my Mac and the sound is awful. It sound low quality and mono even when the picture shifts from looking fuzzy to clear. Using Silverlight in Safari sounds a whole lot better. Any way to fix this?
Thanks.

@Anonymous User Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the player?
Also, a quick reset of your router?
Have you also done an internet speed test? 🙂

I have yes :). Also I'm on Sky Fibre so speed is not an issue. Silverlight is a lot better than this player. Hopefully it gets fixed in the future.

Interesting, I reported the same issue on Apple TV

Something broken with the Apple streams used by ATV and MacOS. However, IOS appears to be OK.

This has been going on over a year now. Guess the investigation is a real tough one.
