So now what do I do? Ive tried on firefox and safari. I just get a black box with a rotating silverlight logo. I have a few sessions searching the web but nothing theres no telephone support. Works fine on my iphone but i didnt subscribe to watch it on my iphone I sofar wasted a couple of hours at least. Is it time I gave up and cancelled my subscription?

Welcome to the forum.
For Safari try the following
1. Go to the NOW TV website and try to play a film or TV programme (depending on your pass).
2. While the programme is trying to load, go to Safari>Preferences> Security> Plugin Settings
3. Make sure Silverlight is ticked on the left of the pane, and make sure www.nowtv.com OR watch.nowtv.com is listed on the right of the pane, and set it to Always Allow
4. Click Done, restart Safari and see if that helps.
