Now TV nor working on Mac using Firefox

just trialing now TV for 14 days, Works fine on my (work) windows Laptop in explorer - but video content loads but doesn't play using firefox on my (home)mac and won't except my password on Safari( so can only use firefox as a browser) . I have followed all the help instruction, re-installed silverlight, checked pop-up blockers, deleted browsing history, renamed file extention etc.... I am stuck. Can anyne help me?

Thanks for posting.

 

Have you tried allowing the plugin in Firefox?

 

  1. Open Firefox.
  2. Click Tools (the three lines in the top right corner of the browser).
  3. Select Add-ons.
  4. Select Plugins.
  5. Beside Silverlight Plug-In, make sure Always Activate is selected.

If you're still hacing problems can you confirm how you connect to the Internet - shared network, VPN etc and who your ISP is?

Hi Siomon,

 

Yep, already done all this, I am not using a VPN with my wifi and my service provider is talktalk.

Hi @Anonymous User

 

When your on Safari when entering your username please make sure that your not using your email address for this.

 

Also your password is case sensitive so please enter exactly as you set it up, if your password has any special characters or is over 15 characters long could you reset your password.
