NOWTV wont play on Firefox or Safari.

I am not able to watch NOWTV on my Macbook Pro. Firefox and Safari gives me the same error: "There was an error starting the video stream. For more info, please go to nowtv.com/help" . I dont use antivirus, I have restarted my computer after installation, etc...

Sometimes this error happens if your trying to access NOW TV using either a VPN or from outwith the UK.

Can you check to make sure that you don't fall into the above categories and then try again.

its not working for me either why did they take it off chrome thats all i ran my computers on :@

Chrome removed support for Silverlight that we use for our protection via web browsers.

If you have Win 8 or above you can download our free app from the Microsoft Store.
