I can't watch NOWTV on any other device other then my PS4

I need help. I am really frustrated as I have a three month pass for NOWTV, I am allowed to add up to four other devices on my accounf therefore I have tried adding my mac so I can watch on the go when I am not at home. When I log into my NOWTV account it is telling me to start a subscription! I am not paying for two account just so i can watch on two seperate devices when it specifies I can add another 3 devices for free

@Anonymous User sounds like the account you are logging in on with your Mac is an old Sky account and not the one you are using on your PS4. If you visit the My Account section of the PlayStation app it should show which username you've used.
