i have literally jus signed up for the entertainment 14 day pass, have left it bufferng for 2 hours and still not responsive. Also have tried reinstalling it and nothing.
Please can you help rectify this default

The team have released a fix for the player which solved the buffering issue:

I am having repeated buffering then programmes closing with errorcode:PLAYER ERROR INVALID OPERATION, my internet connection is 30/40 mps and Netflix and Prime are fine,really thinking about cancelling.

I have had the same problem on 2 different devices with an internet speed of over 100mbps it's been happening for over a week
