Blank webpage with address:http://watch.nowtv.com/maintenance?issue=config

Hi,

 

Getting increasingly frustrated as to why 8 times out of 10 where I go to watch something my webpage turns blank and the web address goes to http://watch.nowtv.com/maintenance?issue=config

 

Anyone help please?

@Anonymous User  have you tried the app?If you are using a PC with Windows 8 or 10 it is recommended that you use the app. https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/store/p/now-tv/9wzdncrdm157

The app?

 

I'm also using a Mac not windows...

 

It worked fine for ages but now its just not doing anything.

Are you using NOW TV as a broadband provider? 

 

If not are you connected to an open network, a VPN or anything like that?
