Hi when I watch a movie it turns off then comes on and starts from the beginning . It takes me about 5 to 10 mins to login on . I've only had it for about 4 days. I'm not very impressed

Ive just bought a Sky sports day pass which works fine on my laptop but when I go to the app on my TV even though it logs into my account the pass does not work. If I click on Sky Sports 2 it asks me to buy a pass. Any suggestions?
