I have registered and paid online, when I try to watch on my tv it wants me to pay again. I have looked at devices in my account and it says I just need to watch NOW tv for a device to be added but the LGtv wants me to pay again?

hi   I have just set up my LG 42LF652V tv. I cannot find the now tv app. I have looked through the settings menu but can see no way to initialise the apps as seen on another post here.

Is anyone else having issues wth their NOW TV. I use the app on my smart TV and there is an error code of PL-0. It just keeps saying somethings not right. What is going on?
