Timing of the voice not matching

Hello 

I'm watching Now TV on the app on the LG TV, the problem I have is the vioice is around 2 seconds slower than the film. The picture quality is perfect. The last film I watched was Star wars and I tried other films and still having the same problem with the voice. The sound and picture is good just the timing of the voice not matching with the speech of the characteres.

Broadband speed i have is around 38mb.

This could be a problem with the app could you try uninstalling and reinstalling the app, also are you having this issue on any other apps
